On 15th November 2018 I successfully completed my 1,000 miles solo and unsupported run across Nepal in 66 days whilst collecting donations for a fantastic charity – Nepal Youth Foundation UK.

I was sharing my adventure – live – as it happened here…

To donate, text NPAL49 £2/£5/£10 to 70070 eg NPAL49 £10

Nepal Youth Foundation UK offers hope and opportunity to Nepal’s most impoverished children by providing them with vital healthcare, education and a safe environment. Nepali children have an enormous capacity for happiness and success and NYF UK knows how to make an enduring difference.

To the person that donated an extra £50 anonymously with the message "Having seen the work that Nepal Youth Foundation do and having followed your progress this cause is worth adding a bit extra." Massive thank you!! 👍🙏

UK friends... fancy a laugh? Watch BBC Midlands Today at 18:30. You may see someone familiar 😉
